May anyone land at O’Brien Airpark East and /or West?

 

Yes, as long as they receive prior permission from any homeowner that has an adjacent lot to a runway. Also after declaring an in-flight emergency.

Can I drive on the runway?

 

No. Only authorized equipment and vehicles during the course of maintenance. If needed and after exercising due caution, you could use the taxiways adjacent to the runway,  REMEMBER: Aircraft have the absolute right of way.

Can I attend the Board of Directors meeting?

 

Yes, all are welcome.

Where can I get a copy of the By Laws?

 

You can download a copy from this website or upon request; a copy can be emailed to you by our Secretary after you provide a valid email address (Limited to 2 requests per lot owner). The secretary will print and mail a copy to you at your request. (A $10.00 fee payable in advance, will apply)

How is the property maintained?

 

Currently all maintenance is done by volunteers. All maintenance requests are channeled through the Chairman of Maintenance.
